Job Description
Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Bengaluru (HSR Layout)
Experience: 3 - 6 years
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules. The role involves developing workflows, automations, integrations, and enhancing ITSM/ITOM/ITBM capabilities while ensuring platform stability and performance.
Educational Qualifications:
1. B.E/ B.Tech /MCA
Skills:
1. We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Application Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
2. Must have certification on ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
3. Must have certification on ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
4. Strong knowledge on Service Portal, Service Catalogue, App Engine Studio & UI Builder env.
5. Strong understanding of ServiceNow data schema, including table relationships, schema map, and dictionary settings; experience with creating and managing custom tables.
6. Basic knowledge of SQL or database querying concepts to understand data flows, reporting, and integrations
7. The ideal candidate will have experience in customizing ServiceNow applications, integrating with third-party systems, and optimizing workflows.
8. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, developing scripts and workflows, and ensuring system performance and security.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of ITIL processes are essential.
10. E2E understanding on Service Now deployment.
11. Require proven abilities to analyze, debug and find solution to technology issues.
12. Should have ability to adopt new development processes and improve existing processes if needed.
13. Required good understanding in SDLC process.
14. Passion to learn and work on any technology.
15. Require good written and spoken communication skills in English. (Knowing Hindi will add advantage).
Work Experience:
1. Minimum 2.5+ years of experience in software development with Service Now.
