Job Description

Idox India Private Limited is looking for Junior IT Engineer to join our team

• Design, build, administer, and maintain the infrastructure for our hosted and cloud-based network infrastructure and customer systems.
• Support day-to-day operations of environments and associated systems.
• Handle requests from customer support teams and alerts from security and network monitoring systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot network systems, including Active Directory, multi-cloud services, networking, storage, and server environments.
• Collaborate with the IT Operations team to ensure smooth operation of network systems.
• Monitor and analyze network performance to identify areas for improvement.
