Business Analyst @ Ensono

The Associate should be able to support the team in this agenda by developing, reporting, and analyzing key business metrics, co-owning them in the journey and drive performance management within the intact teams. Heshe should be able to visualize opportunities to grow, provide insights and present it to the leadership teams. HeShe should be able to analyze data for validity, identify gaps or errors and drive execution for resolution.

• Works across multiple units business- or function-wide to deliver financial solutions.
• Set up clear quarterly / financial operating framework for the team. Present the framework to the business leadership team along with the Business Head.
• Drive performance management periodically and support key business decision making
• Develop and evaluate key metrics in line with industry benchmarks. Jointly create actionable strategies and investments.
• Establish simplify processes and controls to enable doubling of the business over the next few years
• Hands on knowledge on Sales ReportingProcess and building analytics on Sales data.
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
• Automate existing/new data templates and reports
• Liaison with finance and accounting teams to understand business problem and develop a suitable BI and automation solutions.
• Define and document processes and procedures.
• Respond to and share information related to highly complex queries received from the business.
• Regularly interact and provide recommendations to management.
• Proactively identify and implement operational and technical improvements and enhancements that drive sales productivity and improve customer experience
• Handle multiple projects at once, be able to effectively prioritize initiatives, and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.

• ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor s Degree (Preferably MBA/B.E./B.Tech.)
• 5-8 years of experience of working as business partner with leading IT Consulting Industry.
• Strong Knowledge of MS Office( Excel/PPT)
• Workday ERP advance skill Sales Force knowledge is a big plus.
• Basic knowledge of migrations of the reports to the Power BITableau using SQL/any other Data resource.
