What You Bring
7 10 years of proven experience in Enterprise / B2B Sales, with strong exposure to international markets.
Hands-on experience in selling technology services or solutions (SaaS, Data Platforms, , AI/ML, Digital Transformation).
Track record of quota achievement and building $5M+ sales pipelines within allocated accounts or country.
Strong ability in C-suite selling (CIO, CTO, CFO, BU Heads) and consultative solution sales.
Excellent skills in account management, business development, and customer relationship building.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Exposure to CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology.
Desired Skills
Knowledge of enterprise data platforms, digital services, SaaS models, and IT consulting offerings.
Prior experience working with global teams and cross-cultural client engagements.
Your Role
As Sales Accounts Manager you will
Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Manage and grow strategic client accounts while hunting for new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deliver predictable revenue growth.
Develop customized value propositions aligned with Lera s technology offerings.
Partner with solution architects and delivery leaders to design winning proposals.
Drive account strategy, quarterly reviews, and long-term client relationships.
Represent Lera at international events, conferences, and partner forums.
