Job Description
General Summary:
- EAIP (Enterprise AI Platforms) team is seeking a talented full stack Engineer with strong UI skills to join our team and contribute to the development of Core AI platforms.
Experience:
- 3-7 years of experience with Full stack development with strong focus on UI.Responsibilities Design and develop responsive, scalable, and visually stunning UI components for web and mobile platforms. Build reusable components and front-end libraries using Angular and React Native.
- Ensure smooth integration of plugins with IDEs and enhance their functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plugin performance and compatibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and AI engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Contribute to UI/UX improvements and ensure smooth, accessible, and inclusive user experience
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient TypeScript code. Follow coding standards using tools like ESLint and Prettier. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, frameworks, and best practices in AI product design. Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation. Support users and debug issues in a fast-paced development environment.
Requirements / Skills
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and React Native. Hands-on experience with Angular and cross-platform UI development. Solid understanding of Python, and familiarity with Rust or Java is a plus.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., ElasticSearch, MongoDB). Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ionic). Exposure to AI/ML concepts, model visualization, or explainable AI interfaces. Knowledge of state management tools like NgRx, Redux, or MobX. Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Cypress).
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems). OR5+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelors degree. 3+ years of any combination of academic or work experience with Full-stack Application Development (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) 1+ year of any combination of academic or work experience with Data Structures, algorithms, and data stores.
