Job Description

Job Title: Counter Sales Executive / Retail Sales Officer (RSO) Jewellery

Location: Bangalore (Sarjapur Road)

Experience: Fresher (0 - 1 year)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the counter, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Handle product displays and maintain the visual presentation of the showroom.
Provide information on designs, collections, offers, and pricing.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Manage billing support and coordinate with the cashier when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter and showcase.
Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
