Job Description
Cyclotron Software Services LLP is looking for a passionate AI Engineer.
Job Title/Role: AI Engineer
Number of Positions: 4
Location: India (Remote)
Type of position (New / Replacement): New
Shift Timing (Including time zone): 2 PM to 11 PM IST
Experience Range: 6+ Years
Must-Have Skills: AI Engineer (Azure, AI & Automation)
Cloud & Azure Fundamentals
- Hands-on experience building applications on Microsoft Azure
- Practical experience with containerized workloads using:
- Azure Container Apps or AKS
- Working knowledge of Azure networking, identity, and security basics
- Azure Functions + Logic Apps
- Azure AI Foundry
AI & LLM Integration
- Experience working with Azure OpenAI and/or Azure AI Foundry
- Ability to implement:
- LLM-powered workflows
- Prompt-based automation and orchestration
- Familiarity with basic agentic patterns (orchestrator, tools, RAG, human-in-the-loop)
API Development
- Strong experience designing and building REST APIs
- Azure APIM
- Ability to integrate APIs with cloud services and AI workflows
- Familiarity with API authentication and authorization patterns
Programming
- Python for AI workflows, automation, and backend logic
- C# / .NET for APIs and enterprise backend services and/or AI workflows as needed
Data Handling
- Experience working with structured and semi-structured data (JSON, APIs, documents)
- Ability to prepare and transform data for AI-driven applications
Engineering & Delivery
- Experience with Git-based development and CI/CD
- Ability to deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud applications
- Comfortable documenting solutions and collaborating in distributed teams
Working Model
- Willingness to work with 4+ hours of U.S. (EST-focused) overlap
- Comfortable operating as a hands-on individual contributor
Good to Have Skills & Certifications:
Familiarity with:
- Prompt evaluation and iteration
- Model performance monitoring and logging
Exposure to Responsible AI practices and governance concepts
- Copilot Studio
- Event driven architectures
- SQL or NoSQL databases
Certifications (Nice, Not Mandatory)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
- Any relevant Azure Fundamentals or AI/ML certifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and deploying AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and related services.
- Support configuration and testing of intelligent agents within Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure environments.
- Collaborate on building and optimizing AI systems and integrations under senior guidance.
- Help implement data ingestion, transformation, and validation workflows to support optimizing data for AI workloads.
- Participate in AI driven data discovery and exploration.
- Learn and apply best practices for security, compliance, and responsible AI solution development.
- Create documentation of technical processes and solution designs.
- Engage in team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions to grow technical expertise.
Role Summary: As an AI Engineer, you will assist in building and deploying AI-driven applications using Microsoft technologies. Work closely with senior architects to implement components of intelligent solutions, gain hands-on experience with AI and Agentic Solutions, and contribute to secure, scalable cloud solutions.
