Job Description

Accountant

Location: Pune

Transactional/Operational Responsibilities

Ensure processing of vendor invoices in Oracle AP module. Interact with internal business stakeholders / external vendors for various business requirements.

Perform supplier account reconciliations and resolve disputes.

Provide support on various activities to AP Team lead / Manager.

To assist with housekeeping duties such as scanning, archiving and preparation of documents to ensure Tax and/or Statutory compliance.

Participate in close activities and perform assigned jobs.

Participate in various automation, system implementation and change management transaction testing activities.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience
Batchelor s degree with one to two years of experience.
Have good working experience of MS word/excel/ power point.
Knowledge of ERP (Oracle) AP modules will be added advantage.
Be an effective communicator and build relationships with stakeholders that provide opportunity for constructive feedback.
Having experience working on various automation tools will be an added advantage.
