Role description:

Arcadis Development teams within our Intelligence division deliver complex solutions and push the limits of technology solutions. Our talented groups of systems professionals do more than just write code and debug they make a significant impact on the design and development of state-of- the-art projects. We are looking for a Senior Full stack Engineer to join our growing and dynamic web team. This individual will be responsible for performing automation test planning, and execution for several products we develop at Arcadis.

Role accountabilities:

Design and Development: Work closely with product managers to align on product strategy, vision, and roadmap. Create detailed functional design documents, user stories, and technical specifications for feature development.

Collaboration and Leadership: Engage in collaborative work with project managers, technical architects, solution architects, and the development team. Lead the technical aspects of projects, ensuring the optimal technical solution is delivered on time.

Innovation and Problem Solving: Research and analyse business domains or problems. Gather functional requirements and contribute to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance user experience and meet project goals.

Quality Assurance and Documentation: Support testing activities, including integration tests, and ensure documentation is comprehensive and clear, covering technical specifications, deployment plans, and user guides.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science with programming experience, or a degree in a related discipline
8 - 12 years experience with .NET/C# and ASP.NET and web development including HTML, JavaScript, Angular/Typescript, CSS/SCSS, and Web debugging DevTools.
Professional experience with Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio Professional and SQL Server Management Studio.
Familiarity with Angular, Ionic, PWAs and Microsoft Reporting.
Comfortable with working in a dynamic team environment and flexible with working across time zones.
Proven experience in working with Offshore teams
Should be able to lead, hire and mentor Junior Developers independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A self-motivated, self-starter.
Experience in Agile Product Development and SDLC.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
A technical degree or equivalent professional qualification.
