Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Sourcing Candidates: Use job portals, social media, referrals, and databases to find potential candidates.
- Screening Resumes: Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company needs.
- Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial screenings via phone, video, or in-person.
- Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Understand job descriptions and hiring needs to find the right talent.
