Job Responsibilities:

Partner with employees and leadership to implement policies and programs to attract, retain, and promote workforce
Provide guidance and coaching to employees on employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, career development, talent assessment and retention
Assist in the planning and implementation of key organizational/HR initiatives
Collaborate with HR Business partners and business teams to execute programs in a timely and effective manner
