Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients
Ensure that clients are using and derive benefit from IndiaMART
Interact with clients over calls & video calls to achieve weekly,monthly sales and client retention targets
Prompt resolution of client complaints
Daily 18-20 client video meetings and call discussions for sales &
servicing
Accurate mapping of products/services in client s e-catalog
Systematic follow-up with the clients to ensure time-bound closure to
sales & service issues
