Job Description

Interact with clients over calls video calls to achieve weekly, monthly sales and client retention targets
Prompt resolution of client complaints
Daily 18-20 client video meetings and call discussions for sales
servicing
Accurate mapping of products/services in clients e-catalog
Systematic follow-up with the clients to ensure time-bound closure to sales service issues
