Job Description
- Arcadis IBI is looking for Associate Project Manager
- The APM must ensure timely delivery of all project activities as per contract scope and KPIs
- Coordinate with client representatives and stakeholders for smooth project operations
- Supervise and manage project team members, ensuring efficient task allocation and productivity
- Conduct regular review meetings to track progress and resolve issues
- Identify training and development needs for the team
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of systems/equipment under O&M scope
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Maintain proper documentation, logs, and reports as per project requirements
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Conduct periodic audits and maintain project documentation
- Ensure Project expenses are within budget, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control
- Oversee preparation and submission of client invoices and follow up for timely payment collection
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives
- Handle client communication, reporting, and performance reviews
- Address client concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
