Job Description

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth workflow and SLA compliance.

    • Supervise on-ground teams, including supervisors, delivery executives, and vendors.

    • Plan manpower, shifts, and task allocation to meet operational targets.

    • Monitor key performance metrics such as productivity, TAT, service quality, and cost efficiency.

    • Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, security, and compliance standards.

    • Handle operational escalations, customer issues, and service disruptions effectively.

    • Coordinate with central operations, transport, HR, and support teams.

    • Ensure proper asset, inventory, and infrastructure management at the site.

    • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with management.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

    • Conduct training, onboarding, and performance reviews for site staff.
