About the Role
We are looking for a Workforce Assistant Manager / Manager who can handle workforce planning and scheduling to support smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves managing staffing needs, monitoring productivity, preparing basic reports, and working closely with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule workforce to meet daily business requirements
- Monitor attendance, adherence, productivity, and staffing levels
- Prepare basic workforce reports and share updates with stakeholders
- Lead and support the workforce team in daily operations
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for workforce needs and changes
Skills Required
- Good experience in workforce planning and scheduling
- Basic reporting and data analysis skills
- Team handling and people management experience
- Good communication and client coordination skills
- Hands-on experience with IEX / eWFM tools
