Job Description
About Position:
We are looking for Salesforce QA Automation Lead Sales Cloud.
- Role: Salesforce QA Automation Lead
- Location: Bangalore
- Experience: 10 to 12 years
- Job Type: Full Time Employment
What You'll Do:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, with a strong preference for experience using AccelQ on Salesforce and SAP platforms.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce, particularly within the Sales Cloud module.
- Basic Salesforce Admin Skills - Must Have
- Profile / permission set / Role Understanding - Must Have
- Page layout / Record type - Must Have
- Sales process understanding
- Lead generation - understands and have tested the flow - Must Have
- Lead conversion - Must Have
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Opportunity stages and closure - relation between accounts / Contact / opportunity - Must Have
- Quote - understand how quote is generated, relation with opportunity "Should have understanding - Tested not required"
- Product, price book std custom Understanding
- Flow / approval rule / validation rule - Must Have
- Reports test - Good to have
- Territory Knowledge - testing is not required - Knowledge is good to have
- Integration testing
- Integration testing - downstream and upstream - Must Have
- postman experience - any other tool for integration testing - Must Have
- SOQL writing for data validation Basic knowledge and should be able to write SOQL
