Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Developer with 7+ years of experience designing and developing intuitive, user-centric, and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces. This hybrid role requires a strong grasp of UI development technologies along with a solid understanding of UX principles to translate user needs and business goals into engaging digital experiences.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop responsive and interactive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional front-end code.
  • Ensure design consistency across platforms while maintaining usability and performance.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes, mockups, wireframes, and interactive UI flows.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
  • Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot UI/UX issues and implement enhancements based on feedback.
  • Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and front-end technologies.
  • Required Skills Experience:
  • 7+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as:
  • React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Proficiency in UX tools such as:
  • Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS/SCSS, and component-based frameworks.
  • Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services.
  • Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization, SEO basics, and UI testing.
