Were Hiring | Senior CIAM Tester eCommerce (QA Engineer Senior)
Infogain is looking for an experienced Senior CIAM Tester to join our QA team and work on global eCommerce platforms with complex identity and access management ecosystems.

Job Locations: Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Kochi Experience: 68 Years What Youll Do:
Validate end-to-end customer authentication journeys across multiple countries
Test CIAM flows including login, registration, password reset, MFA, and user migrations
Ensure seamless integrations between Identity Providers and SAP Commerce platforms
Lead regression testing cycles for large-scale eCommerce releases
Collaborate closely with Developers, Hybris testers, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams Must-Have Skills:
7+ years in QA with 4+ years in CIAM testing
Strong eCommerce domain knowledge and customer journey understanding
Hands-on experience with OIDC, OAuth2, SAML authentication protocols
Experience with user migrations (Batch & JIT), token and claims validation
Exposure to Identity Providers such as Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD B2C, Okta, Ping Identity
Strong API and integration testing experience
Ability to create test plans, test cases, and independently lead regression cycles Good to Have:
Agile methodology exposure
Mobile app testing experience
