Job Description
IMMEDIATE JOINERS
Role : ServiceNow Developer
Experience : 5 yrs to 10 yrs Experience
Location : Bangalore & Mumbai
JD :
Required:
- 5 - 10 years of experience implementing the workflows and APIs on event management platforms
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management module, including configuration and integration
- Strong development experience in Workflows, Sub-flows, Flow Designer, and process integrations
- Familiarity with third-party monitoring and alerting tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk or similar platforms.
- Experience with Regex, Java Script, PowerShell, Python, and/or Linux scripting, and RESTful API
- Proficiency in configuring event correlation, alerting workflows, and incident generation within ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience implementing event-driven incident management processes.
- Selected candidate is expected to work on US Eastern Time zone
- Provide weekend prod implementation, upgrade validation support, on-call support as required
- Customer focus: Commitment to delivering value to customers and ensuring their requirements are met
Preferred:
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience implementing event-driven incident management processes.
- Knowledge in CMDB, Service mapping and CI relationships
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with cloud monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor
- Experience with Service Operations Workspace, Health Log Analytics (HLA), Agent Client Collector (ACC), ITOM Now Assist
- Understand Predictive Intelligence and Predictive AIOps
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
