We are seeking a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging user experiences and visually appealing designs. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Visakhapatnam, ideal for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience looking to grow their career in design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools to enhance design workflows.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Bachelors degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related field.
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation

• Annual salary range: 360,000 to 460,000.
• Paid position with competitive benefits.

Work Mode

• Work from office: Visakhapatnam.
• Full-time employment with a notice period of 10 days.
