About Position:
We are looking for Senior Power Platform + Copilot Resource, you will be connecting to clients and providing Solutions to them.
- Role: Senior Power Platform Copilot Developer
- Location: Hyderabad
- Experience: 6+ years

What You'll Do:
- Solution Design & Development:
- Design and build applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Develop and deploy Copilot Studio conversational AI agents integrated with Microsoft Teams and enterprise platforms.
- Create custom connectors and integrate external systems via REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- AI & Automation:
- Implement Copilot AI solutions for business workflows using Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Design document automation workflows (PDF/Excel parsing, summarization, intelligent routing).
- Data & Analytics:
- Build interactive Power BI dashboards for analytics and insights.
- Manage robust data models in Dataverse and ensure secure data integration.
- Governance & Deployment:
- Lead solution packaging, environment management, and governance across enterprise departments.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile Scrum, and security best practices.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Expertise Youll Bring:
- 6+ years experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and AI-driven solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, Azure OpenAI, and LLM concepts.
- Proficiency in Dataverse, MS SQL, and API-based integrations.
