Job Description
About Position:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing case management solutions, assisting the customer integration team to achieve seamless integrations, and helping with the merging of the location object into the account object. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and the Salesforce platform is essential.

What You'll Do:
- Implement and configure case management solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Collaborate with the customer integration team to support and achieve integration goals.
- Assist in merging the location object into the account object to streamline data management.
- Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Ensure high-quality code through best practices and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and the Salesforce platform.
- Understanding of Salesforce data model and object relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
