A) Job Description Details:
Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT infrastructure roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Technical Role Focus: Specialize in recruiting for IT infrastructure positions, such as Network Engineers, Systems Administrators, Cloud Engineers, IT Support Technicians, and similar roles.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels to source and engage with active and passive candidates.
  • Technical Screening: Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates skills in areas like networking, cloud computing, hardware, and system administration.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create effective recruiting strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to improving the companys employer brand through engagement with tech communities, networking events, and campus recruitment.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring IT infrastructure roles.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring strategies over time.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders and ensure timely feedback is provided to candidates.
  • Offer Management: Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Required:

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure roles, including networking, system administration, and cloud technologies. Ability to screen candidates on basic technical competencies.
  • Sourcing Skills: Proficient in sourcing techniques using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze job descriptions and match candidates with the required skill sets.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close offers and manage candidate expectations.
  • Tools: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with HR teams, hiring managers, and technical leads. Role & responsibilities
