Sap Project Manager (Functional) @ Quinnox

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects
  
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality
  
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines
  
• Track dependencies and resolve project issues proactively
  
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate / ASAP / Agile methodologies
  

Functional Leadership

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and SAP functional teams
  
• Provide hands-on understanding of at least one SAP functional module:
  
• SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM, WM, HCM, or S/4HANA
  
• Review functional designs, BRDs, FS documents, and configuration approaches
  
• Support solution design decisions and ensure business alignment
  

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Manage internal teams, SAP consultants, vendors, and system integrators
  
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and steering committee meetings
  
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership
  
• Mentor functional and technical team members
  

Implementation & Delivery

• Oversee key project phases:
  
• Blueprint / Explore
  
• Realize
  
• Testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)
  
• Cutover & Go-Live
  
• Hypercare support
  
• Ensure data migration, integrations, and testing readiness
  
• Drive change management, training, and user adoption
