Java Developer Lead @ Quinnox

Job Description

***We are looking for Java Developer Lead who can join us at our Mumbai office immediately ***

Job Overview:

• Senior Java Developer with 7+ years of hands-on expertise in technical design and development expertise. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader capable of designing and delivering high-quality, scalable applications using a comprehensive set of Java and front-end technologies.

• Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development of robust high-volume, performance-critical applications Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering best practices in coding and design.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to industry standards and security practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Technical Skills:

• Expert-level Java v17 or higher, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) MyBatis / ibatis or Hibernate (ORM and database integration)
• Server Side Components: Servlet, JSF and JSP
• Front-end technologies: Angular, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery Datatable integration for dynamic data-driven UI components Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns Solid experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Preferred Attributes :
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
