Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and motivated individuals for the Telesales process at Star Health Insurance. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining insurance products, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound sales calls.
• Promote and sell health insurance products.
• Explain product details and benefits to customers clearly.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC Pass
• Preferred Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: Experience candidates with telesales/insurance sales experience are welcome.
• Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Job Details:

• Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Salary: 18,000 28,000 (In-hand) | Up to 4 LPA
  Salary will be finalized based on skills and previous experience.

Location: Andheri (Marol), Mumbai
