Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core-based microservices with high availability and scalability.
- Build and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Implement robust logging frameworks (e.g., Serilog, NLog, ELK stack) and monitoring tools (e.g., Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Implement caching mechanisms (Redis, MemoryCache, or distributed cache) to optimize performance.
- Handle exception management and create resilient fault-tolerant services.
- Develop and optimize data access layers using Entity Framework Core, Dapper, or ADO.NET.
- Manage application configuration securely across multiple environments.
- Apply software design patterns (e.g., Repository, Factory, CQRS, Mediator) and best practices for clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and mocking frameworks (Moq, NSubstitute, xUnit, NUnit) to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and mentoring junior developers.
- Design and document APIs using Swagger/OpenAPI for clear and effective API communication.
- Work with Oracle databases (+), including writing and optimizing stored procedures for efficient data access.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in .NET Core / C# application development.
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture, API gateways, and service communication (REST, gRPC, messaging).
- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core, Dapper, or similar ORM frameworks.
- Experience with caching frameworks such as Redis or MemoryCache.
- Good knowledge of logging frameworks (Serilog, NLog, log4net) and monitoring tools.
- Solid experience in exception handling, resiliency, and fault tolerance.
- Knowledge of GraphQL (Apollo, HotChocolate, or similar) is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Experience with mocking frameworks (Moq, NSubstitute, FakeItEasy) and automated testing practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).Greetings!!!
