Job Title- Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Fresher
Department
- Production Planning & Control (PPC)
- Quality Assurance (QA)
Plant- Endurance Technologies Ltd., Plot no. G-102 & G-103, SIPCOT Industrial Park, Vallam, Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram District Tamil Nadu 602 105.
Employment Type- Full-Time | Trainee | Fresher Position
Offered CTC- 3.75 LPA
Job Summary
This position is meant for fresh engineering graduates who will be trained on the job in the PPC or QA department at the HPDC plant. The GET will support daily plant activities and learn manufacturing, planning, and quality processes under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
GET PPC:
- Support daily production planning and scheduling activities
- Coordinate with production and stores teams
- Help in tracking production, dispatch, and inventory
- Prepare basic reports using Excel / ERP
- Learn HPDC production processes and plant operations
GET QA:
- Assist in inspection of castings during production and final stages
- Support quality checks and documentation
- Help in identifying and reporting defects
- Learn basic quality systems and tools
- Coordinate with production team for quality improvements
Eligibility (Freshers Only)
- Qualification: BE / BTech in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Metallurgy
- Experience: Freshers (01 year)
- Willingness to work in a shop-floor and shift environment
Skills Required
- Basic engineering knowledge
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred)

- On-the-job training at HPDC plant
- Exposure to automotive manufacturing and quality systems
