Sr. Database Administrator - Oracle @ Cybertech Systems

Job Description

Job Profile
* Oracle Certified DB Professional (OCP) with 4-6 years of experience with Oracle 12c/18c Database Administration.
* Experience in MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL would be a big advantage.
* Experience should include DB design (modelling and normalization), capacity planning, performance tuning, storage management, back-up and recovery, managing schemas, report generation and DB clustering technologies.
* Responsible for installing, upgrading and configuring the Oracle database and creating multiple databases on Linux and Windows environment.
* Troubleshoot database performance issues.
* Architecture design principles.
* Coding and scripting skills highly desired.
* Good problem solver, focused and dedicated developer with ability to work on your own as well as with a team.
* Hands on experience with DB standards and end user applications-translating capacity requirements into infrastructure deployment technology.
* Must be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail.
* Experience with an organization with a key reliance on 24x7 reliability on its database.
* Using Data pump to export and import Tables, Schemas and Database.
* Maintaining archive data and data files on appropriate storage devices.

Technical Skills
5-6 years of database administrator experience
Ready to work in rotational shift
Working knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL and PostgreSQL
Coding and Scripting
Excellent in Performance tuning, troubleshooting and administration
Aware of ITIL process
Excellent communication (written and oral) skills

Desirable Skills
Should have certification

Experience 5 Years to 8 Years

Qualification Any Graduate
