Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Lead a team of central and hub operations executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across multiple location .

Own and drive key operations metrics, including turnaround time, productivity, and Experience.

Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement strategies for continuous improvement to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery

Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines across all operational activities

REQUIREMENTS:-

2-4 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.

Proven track record of managing large teams and driving operational success at scale

Graduate/ Post Graduate from a Tier 1 College/ University

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
