About Position
We are looking for a skilled Go Lang Developer to join our team and build high-performance, scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Go programming, experience with microservices architecture, and a solid understanding of cloud technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize applications that deliver exceptional performance and reliability. If you are passionate about writing clean, efficient code and solving complex problems, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:
- Champion engineering excellence by applying thoughtful design patterns, enhancing observability, and ensuring robust unit and integration testing.
- Push the boundaries of our current tech stack to deliver creative, feasible solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Elevate the technical expertise of our engineering and product teams by promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Partner closely with product leaders to translate customer pain points and market opportunities into impactful engineering solutions.
- Own and drive complex features across multiple layersfrom frontend to backendensuring seamless delivery from ideation to deployment
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings deep technical expertise across multiple layers of development.
- A Bachelors degree with 5+ years of industry experience, or a Masters degree with 3+ years.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Go (APIs, business logic, agents)
- Kafka for event-driven architecture
- MySQL for storage and data management
- Distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proven ability to independently design, develop, and deliver complex features across frontend and backend layers.
- A problem-solving mindsetable to take ownership from definition to successful completion.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles is a plus.
