Product Owner @ Coforge

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Drive product discovery and translate customer needs into actionable requirements.
• Oversee API integrations, payment gateway implementations, and ensure compatibility with PSS/CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and regional regulations.
• Analyze customer journeys and leverage data-driven insights to improve UX.
• Work closely with design and development teams to deliver intuitive and high-quality user interfaces.

Required Skills:

• Domain Knowledge: Loyalty programs, mixed payment (cash + miles), airline/travel systems.
• Technical: API integrations, payment gateways, PSS/CRM awareness.
• Product Management: Backlog prioritization, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), stakeholder communication.
• Analytics & UX: Customer journey mapping, data-driven decision-making, intuitive UI design.
• Compliance: PCI DSS, regional regulatory standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
