Job Description
Profile Description: This position is for Manager role. Around 12-14 years of total experience and out of which 8+ years of hands on experience in the software development in React JS, Node JS, MongoDB, JavaScript, JQuery and RESTful (Web API) services, writing unit test cases, knowledge of unit test frameworks and SQL server as backend. Prior experience on the .Net stack includes C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WebAPI is must. 4+ years of experience in managerial and leadership roles, exceling at motivating, hiring, simplifying and delivering. Accountable for the planning, execution and on-time delivery of the projects with high quality. Understanding of design patterns, principles and Object Oriented Design. Ability to articulate the design with architects and discuss strategy/requirements with teams. Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration from definition phase through implementation Responsible for code reviews, driving coding standards and engineering best practices in the teams that he/she is responsible for. Be self-driven and be able to work in a fast-changing environment, Ability to build credibility with senior engineers and senior management; able to earn and sustain the respect of highly technical professionals. Experience in Hiring, Retention and mentoring of associates, performance management and building high performing teams. Solid experience in working in high agile environments. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including communication with executives. Provides coaching, feedback, developmental opportunities, etc. to directs. Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech or MCA with Around 12-14 years of total experience and out of which 8+ years of hands on experience in the software development in React JS, Node JS, MongoDB, JavaScript, JQuery and RESTful (Web API) services, writing unit test cases, knowledge of unit test frameworks and SQL server as backend.
