Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage network infrastructure, including hardware networking, software installation, and system administration.
Configure firewalls and troubleshoot issues related to network connectivity.
Perform outlook configuration and maintenance tasks such as setting up email clients and managing Exchange servers.
Provide technical support for desktop engineering services, ensuring timely resolution of user queries.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex IT issues affecting multiple users or systems.

Network Setup & Configuration: Install, set up, and configure network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points) and software.
Maintenance & Upgrades: Perform regular upkeep, system monitoring, performance testing, and implement necessary upgrades and patches.
Security Management: Protect the network by managing firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection, VPNs, and enforcing security policies.
Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve network issues, provide technical support to users, and resolve connectivity problems.
User & Access Management: Administer user accounts, permissions, and authentication rights.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze network traffic and data to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
Documentation: Create and maintain accurate records of network configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
Backup & Recovery: Implement and manage data backup solutions and disaster recovery plans.
