Job Description
Key Skills: Contract Drafts, Contract Lifecycle Management, Strategic Sourcing, Indirect Procurement, Ariba, SAP Ariba
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and process supplier contracts within assigned spend categories by leveraging market conditions and strategic importance.
- Execute cost savings and risk reduction strategies through collaboration with business units and partnerships.
- Review, revise, and draft contracts, service level agreements, and statements of work with suppliers.
- Evaluate best-in-class suppliers through competitive events to optimize engagements.
- Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders regarding suppliers, contracts, and negotiation strategies.
- Ensure consistent communication and project management throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
- Develop a strong understanding of key cost drivers and market factors through continuous research.
- Support continuous process improvement in sourcing and procurement processes.
- Maintain sound relationships with suppliers and internal partners.
- Liaise with US teams on supplier relationship or performance issues.
- Act as a change agent within the organization.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Strategic Sourcing and Indirect Procurement
- Experience in Contract Drafting and Contract Lifecycle Management
- Hands-on experience with Ariba / SAP Ariba (preferred)
- Good stakeholder and supplier communication skills
- Negotiation and analytical problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related technical/business area or equivalent work experience.
