Job Description
About Position:
An experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications built on Progress OpenEdge, leveraging AWS cloud services for scalability and performance. Will guide a team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure best practices across the full software development lifecycle.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Progress OpenEdge applications.
- Architect and migrate legacy applications to AWS using best practices.
- Manage a team of developers, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, Infra) to deliver releases on time.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Progress OpenEdge ABL (Advanced Business Language)
- AWS Services: EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3
- Monitor application performance and optimize for cloud environments.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce development standards.
- Prepare technical documentation and participate in design discussions.
