About Position:
We are hiring an Image Management Engineer with expertise in Windows OS imaging, enterprise deployment (SCCM/Intune/MDT), and cloud image management on AWS and Azure. The role involves building and maintaining golden images for on-prem and cloud environments, automating image creation using scripting and CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable endpoint provisioning. Strong skills in PowerShell, Azure Image Builder, AWS AMI lifecycle, and modern device management are essential.

What You'll Do:
- Build, customize, and maintain Windows 10/11 master images for desktops, laptops, and VDI using SCCM/MECM, MDT, WinPE, and DISM.
- Integrate drivers, BIOS/firmware updates, security patches, and ensure compliance with corporate standards (BitLocker, Defender, CIS, GPO).
- Create and manage Azure VM images with Azure Image Builder, Shared Image Gallery, AVD, and Autopilot/Intune provisioning packages.
- Build and maintain AWS AMIs using EC2 Image Builder, SSM Automation, and Launch Templates with security updates and OS configurations.
- Automate image creation and provisioning using PowerShell, Python (optional), and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, ARM/Bicep, and CloudFormation for image management workflows.
- Collaborate with security, cloud, and endpoint teams to enforce compliance and support OS upgrades, cloud migrations, and hardware refresh cycles.
- Provide L3 support for imaging and provisioning escalations, maintaining documentation and version control for all image releases.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong experience with Windows image creation and deployment (SCCM/MECM OSD, MDT, DISM, WinPE).
- Hands-on experience with Azure image toolsImage Builder, Shared Image Gallery, AVD, Autopilot.
- Hands-on experience with AWS EC2 Image Builder and AMI lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and orchestration.
- Good understanding of Azure AD, Intune/MEM, cloud provisioning flows, and device enrollment.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS servicing, updates, security baselines, and group policy.
