Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international calls from clients across various countries, including UK and US.
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Work on an evening shift (UK time zone) with flexibility for rotational week offs.
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively handle complex issues and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
