Job Description

We are hiring a German Process Executive to support internal backend operations involving non-voice tasks. The role requires handling data, documentation, and email communication in French while ensuring accuracy and adherence to process guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform backend / non-voice operations in German & English
  
• Handle email communication and documentation in German & English
  
• Process data and update internal systems accurately
  
• Review and validate reports and records
  
• Follow SOPs and meet defined SLAs
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for task completion
  
• Maintain data confidentiality and quality standards
  

Eligibility & Skill Requirements:

German language proficiency: B2 & higher level (mandatory)

• Good written communication skills in German & English
  
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email tools)
  
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
  
• Experience & Compensation:
  

Freshers: Up to 5 LPA (CTC)

Experienced candidates: Up to 5.5 LPA (CTC)
