Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI projectsfrom discovery to deployment and monitoring.
• Manage key client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, delivery satisfaction, and long-term partnership.
• Experience in achieving new client wins and driving successful account growth
• Oversee and run the Centre of Excellence (CoE) and the Centre of Innovation to drive continuous improvement and R&D.
• Take full responsibility for engineering deliveries with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and efficiency.
• Architect AI-first product features, automation systems, and intelligent workflows.
• Define engineering strategy, long-term architecture, and scalable technology frameworks.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering, AI/ML, and DevOps teams.
• Drive CI/CD, MLOps, DevOps maturity, and automation across engineering.
• Collaborate closely with business, product, and leadership teams to align engineering execution with strategic goals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, problem-solving, customer focus, and delivery excellence.

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Expertise in Python, Node.js, React/Angular
• Strong self-driven approach with business and technology orientation
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, MLOps
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
