Job Level: SpecialistAre you an experienced cloud engineer ready to take on complex challenges and support global enterprise environments? We are looking for a Tier 3 Engineer AWS & OCI to join our high-impact team.

Provide advanced cloud support and strategic technical guidance
Lead RCA, performance tuning, transitions, migrations & automation initiatives
Act as a technical liaison between customers, internal teams & vendors
Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements
Manage cloud resources, troubleshoot issues, implement security, and maintain compliance
Ensure high-quality documentation, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
35 years experience in enterprise managed services
Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, OCI, and Public Cloud
AWS/OCI certifications preferred
ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage
Experience leading technical teams/projects is a plus
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 support environment Technical Skills Required
Provisioning & managing AWS & OCI resources (EC2, VM, S3, VCN, networking, databases)
Implementing cloud security & compliance
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization across cloud environments
Understanding of VPC, FastConnect, LB, VPN, gateways, NSG, security lists
Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, AD, REST APIs, PowerShell
