Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International Voice Process. The role involves providing high-quality customer support, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally
• Maintain excellent customer experience and quality standards
• Document customer interactions and update records as required
• Adhere to process guidelines and compliance standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekly offs
• Stable internet connection and WFH readiness
• Candidates must be residing in Delhi or Gurugram only

Work Details:

• Work Mode: Work From Home
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
