Job Description
We are seeking a Mid-Level AI Specialist with strong expertise in Python and hands-on experience in creating, training, and deploying agentic AI systems and intelligent bots. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building end-to-end AI-driven solutions, integrating large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning custom agents, and working at the intersection of automation and user-centric AI applications.
This role provides the opportunity to design innovative intelligent assistants, optimize decision-making pipelines, and contribute significantly to the company s next-generation AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Custom Agent Development: Build, configure, and optimize agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, multi-step problem solving, and task execution.
- Python Engineering: Design clean, efficient, scalable Python code for data processing, model training, and API integration.
- Model Training & Fine-Tuning: Train, validate, and fine-tune models (LLMs, transformers, reinforcement learning agents) for specific business use cases.
- Integration: Develop pipelines to connect AI agents with external APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Experimentation & Evaluation: Run A/B tests, evaluate agent performance metrics, and ensure robustness and reliability in real-world environments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to align AI implementations with business objectives.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with cutting-edge AI research, libraries, and frameworks to optimize products.
- Education: Bachelor s or masters degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong programming skills in Python (async programming, OOP, modular design).
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, or RAG pipelines.
- Good understanding of LLMs, reinforcement learning, training of models, and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in building and deploying REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based AI solutions (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Experience:
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in developing intelligent, Python-based applications with integrated AI capabilities, along with hands-on expertise in working with modern, newly released frameworks.
- Prior hands-on experience developing conversational bots, AI copilots, or agent-based systems.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, collaborative mindset, curiosity for AI research, and effective communication skills.
- Knowledge on Web dev tools & tech - html, js, css are a plus point.
- Exposure to knowledge graphs, vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
- Understanding of MLOps practices (model versioning, deployment automation, CI/CD for ML).
- Familiarity with Responsible AI principles (ethics, bias detection, explainability).
- Experience with generative AI (NLP, text-to-speech, multi-modal LLMs).
