Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drive New Customer Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and convert high-value opportunities across Banks, NBFCs, and Co-operative Banks.
  • Build a strong and sustainable pipeline aligned to business priorities in Western India.

Expand Strategic Accounts

  • Deepen engagement within existing key accounts by understanding customer goals and positioning relevant Inspirisys solutions.
  • Strengthen relationships with CXOs, CIOs, and functional leaders across business and technology.

Solution Positioning & Deal Management

  • Analyse customer needs, industry trends, and digital priorities to craft compelling, value-led proposals.
  • Lead the complete sales cyclefrom opportunity qualification and solution presentation to pricing, negotiation, and closure.

Business Planning & Market Insight

  • Create actionable business plans to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Track customer investments, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to guide account strategy.

Governance & Customer Experience

  • Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasts, and CRM updates.
  • Address customer queries and ensure smooth coordination with Delivery, Pre-Sales, and internal teams for timely resolution and superior client experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA in Marketing, Banking, Finance, or related areas.
  • 5+ years in Sales/Business Development, with at least 4 years of experience selling to the BFSI sector.
  • Established network across Western India especially Mumbai, Pune, and Ahmedabad.
  • Proven track record in winning new accounts and meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory drivers, digital transformation trends, and technology solution landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
