Job Title: IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business needs within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Negotiate offers, manage documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and trackers; provide regular hiring status reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external vendors.
  • Stay updated on IT market trends, skill demands, and competitor hiring practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles such as Developers, Testers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, and Infrastructure positions.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in agency or corporate IT recruitment.
  • Knowledge of contract, permanent, and hybrid hiring models.
  • Exposure to global or niche technology hiring is an advantage.
