Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching operating systems and updating software applications.
Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues and perform basic network configuration.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
