Job Description

Role & responsibilities

An AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) follows up on unpaid medical claims with insurance companies, resolves denials and payment issues, and ensures timely reimbursement for healthcare providers, playing a key role in the revenue cycle by managing outstanding balances, documenting interactions, and coordinating with billing teams to maintain healthy cash flow.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication (written & verbal) & negotiation skills.
• Understanding of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle (RCM).
• Proficiency in medical billing software & insurance guidelines.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management.
