Job Description
Proficiency
- Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros)
- SQL (writing queries, joins, subqueries, indexing, optimization)
- Microsoft Access (table design, queries, relationships, reports)
- Familiarity with Python or other analytical tools
- Experience with file management systems and handling bulk data imports/exports.
- Ability to interpret data, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborative and comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related courses.
1-3 years of experience working with large datasets and database management.
- Manage, organize, and maintain large volumes of files with structured and unstructured data.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple sources.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures and scripts to retrieve and manipulate data from large relational databases.
- Use Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) for data cleaning and analysis.
- Build and maintain Access databases; create forms, queries, reports, and automation tasks.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver timely solutions.
