Job Description
- Overall Experience: 9+ years in IT, with a distinguished track record as a hands-on senior engineer/developer in automation and AI.
- RPA Expertise: 4+ years of intensive, hands-on experience architecting and developing complex automation solutions using UiPath . Proven ability in intricate bot creation, testing, deployment, including automation on remote desktops and advanced image recognition (IR) techniques.
- Microsoft Power Platform: Strong, practical experience with Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud flows) for building and managing sophisticated automated workflows.
- Python for AI/ML: Deep proficiency in Python and its ecosystem of open-source libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Langchain, or similar) for hands-on development of AI/ML models and custom automation components.
- Agentic AI Implementation: Solid, practical understanding and demonstrated experience in designing and building systems based on agentic AI principles.
- API and Service Integration Mastery: Extensive experience in personally developing integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, databases (strong SQL proficiency required), and other enterprise applications.
- Technical Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to drive technical strategy, architect complex solutions, and ensure the highest standards of code quality and engineering excellence through direct, hands-on contribution and technical guidance by example.
- Advanced Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a talent for dissecting and solving complex, multi-faceted technical problems in automation solutions.
Any Graduate, preferably BE, B.Tech(IT, CSE)
- Hands-on Solution Architecture & Development: Take full ownership of designing, building, and implementing robust, scalable, and intelligent automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and Python-based AI frameworks. This is a coding-intensive role.
- Drive Technical Execution: Personally drive the end-to-end technical delivery of sophisticated AI agents and automation workflows, ensuring adherence to best practices, high-quality code, and innovative design.
- AI/ML Integration Specialist: Directly implement and integrate machine learning models, NLP, computer vision, and other AI techniques (leveraging open-source Python libraries) into automation pipelines to enhance their intelligence and adaptability.
- Expert-Level Platform Contribution: Serve as a deep subject matter expert for UiPath and Power Automate, while actively developing custom AI components and integrations using Python.
- Complex System Integration: Personally handle the complex integration of AI agents with various enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and web services.
- Performance Engineering & Optimization: Conduct performance testing, optimization, and ensure the reliability and scalability of deployed agentic solutions through hands-on tuning and monitoring.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical resource for diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to agent configuration, execution, AI model interactions, and underlying code.
- Champion Technical Excellence: Set the standard for technical excellence and innovation within projects through your direct contributions, robust design patterns, and high-quality code.
- Stay Abreast of Advancements: Continuously research, experiment with, and apply emerging trends in agentic AI, LLMs, RPA, and related technologies to your development work.
- US Healthcare knowledge will be an added advantage
